By using our website or visiting our laundromat, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Facility

Customers agree to use our machines and facility responsibly. Amigos Laundromat is not responsible for damage to clothing caused by:

• Improper machine use (overloading).
• Items left in pockets (pens, lighters, etc.).
• Fabric reactions to heat or chemicals provided by the user.

2. Wash & Fold Service

For our "Drop-off" service, we follow standard care procedures. While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for:

• Wear and tear of aged or delicate fabrics.
• Loss of items unless reported within 24 hours of pickup.

3. Abandoned Laundry

Items left at the facility for more than 30 days without contact or payment will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.

4. Promotions & Discounts

Offers like "Free Dry with Every Wash" or "50% Off First Load" are subject to change and may have specific expiration dates. Coupons must be presented at the time of service.

5. Safety and Conduct

For the safety of all customers, our facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our safety or conduct rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amigos Laundromat is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or left unattended in the facility.
